The tariff of the tour quoted is calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. The Company reserves the right to change the tariff in the event of modification/alteration/change/variation in the said rates before the final confirmation.
The company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations, subject to availability.
As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Railways, Coach Companies, and Shipping Companies. Also, please note that the company does not have any control over the schedules of opening and closing of the tourist attractions.
Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of dangers, fire, accident breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikers, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemic, medical or custom department regulations, defaults or any other causes.
We recommend taking insurance before travelling, and we are not responsible for any hospital expenses/ death expenses that may occur during your travel.

Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose of the visit. Schedule of stay (day-to-day details).
One photograph taken within the last 6 months. (The photograph should be of size 2x2 inches, colour with white background and printed on good quality paper).
Confirmed travel booking with proof of accommodation details (Travel itinerary and Hotel booking).
Last 3 years' Income Tax Returns.
Bank statement of the last six months attested by the bank.
Certificate of Employment from the employer (salary slip) and NOC / Leave sanctioned
If the applicant has their own business, they have to submit the GST, company registration certificate and a covering letter with the company letterhead.
