The company takes care to select and book hotels at convenient locations on behalf of tourists, subject to availability.
As a travel house and tour operator, the company does not have control over airlines, railways, coach companies, or shipping companies. Additionally, the company is not responsible for the schedules or opening/closing times of tourist attractions.
The company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property, or for any other issue arising in connection with accommodation, transportation, or other services. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents resulting from acts of God, fire, accidents, equipment failure, transport breakdowns, war, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, defaults, or other unforeseen causes.
We strongly recommend that travellers obtain travel insurance before the trip. The company is not responsible for any hospital or death-related expenses incurred during travel.
Any request for modification by a passenger must be communicated via a phone call and may be subject to a penalty.
