The tour tariff quoted is based on rates prevailing at the time of quotation. The company reserves the right to revise the tariff in case of any modification, alteration, or variation in those rates before final confirmation.
The company takes care to select and book hotels at convenient locations on behalf of tourists, subject to availability.
As a travel house and tour operator, the company does not have control over airlines, railways, coach companies, or shipping companies. Additionally, the company is not responsible for the schedules or opening/closing times of tourist attractions.
The company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property, or for any other issue arising in connection with accommodation, transportation, or other services. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents resulting from acts of God, fire, accidents, equipment failure, transport breakdowns, war, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, defaults, or other unforeseen causes.
