The tour tariff quoted is based on rates prevailing at the time of quotation. The company reserves the right to revise the tariff in case of any modification, alteration, or variation in those rates before final confirmation.

As a travel house and tour operator, the company does not have control over airlines, railways, coach companies, or shipping companies. Additionally, the company is not responsible for the schedules or opening/closing times of tourist attractions.

This includes, but is not limited to, incidents resulting from acts of God, fire, accidents, equipment failure, transport breakdowns, war, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, defaults, or other unforeseen causes.
